Product Description
This masterfully deboned, ranch-raised US turkey is filled with layers of indulgence. At its heart is a luxurious mix of confit duck leg, roasted chestnuts and black truffle, wrapped in a second farce of marinated minced chicken with sautéed mushrooms, leeks, and onions. Roasted to perfection, it’s served with herb-roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery, all infused with the turkey’s flavourful juices, and accompanied by a homemade decadent black truffle gravy.
