Shipping policy

Delivery

• Minimum order for delivery: $65

• Delivery fee: $30 per order, per location

• Free delivery on orders of $250 and above to a single location (surcharges may apply)

• Orders must be placed at least 2 working days in advance before 12 noon

Delivery is made within your selected 2-hour time slot. Please allow an additional 45-minute grace period for traffic or weather conditions. Da Paolo Group Pte Ltd is not liable for late or failed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, incorrect addresses, or absence of the recipient. Re-delivery charges apply.

Self-Collection

Email confirmation is required to be presented at the point of collection.
