How To Order
Orders are to be placed 2 days in advance before 12 noon.
If you have not received an email confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm).
For urgent orders that require less than 2 working days, please email us at email@example.com. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Once orders are made, cancellations and changes to the order will not be allowed.
Select your delivery slot.
Qualify for Delivery: Spend a minimum of $65 in one order.
Delivery Fee (per order, per location): $30
Free Delivery: Spend a minimum of $250 in one order, to a single location.
*Surcharge(s) applies to orders that qualify for free delivery.
Delivery times are usually within the 2-hour time slot you have selected. We endeavour to get your food to you on time. Please allow an additional grace period of 45 minutes after your preferred delivery time slot for unforeseen weather and traffic conditions. While we endeavour to fulfil all deliveries, Da Paolo Group Pte Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given. Charges for re-delivery applies.
Payment invoice and ID are required to be presented at point of collection.
Prices & Payment
Prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.
No cancellation or changes are allowed for confirmed orders once full order amount has been billed.
Photos are for illustration purposes only. Decoration and presentation of actual items may differ. Our food items are presented on disposable packaging. Prices exclude set-ups and decorative items.
