How To Order
Order
Orders are to be placed 3 days in advance before 12 noon.
If you have not received an email confirmation, please email us at food-to-order@dapaolo.com.sg (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm).
For urgent orders that require less than 3 working days, please email us at food-to-order@dapaolo.com.sg. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Once orders are made, cancellations and changes to the order will not be allowed.
Delivery
Qualify for Delivery: Spend a minimum of $65 in one order.
Delivery Fee (per order, per location): $35
Free Delivery: Spend a minimum of $450 in one order, to a single location.
*Surcharge(s) applies to orders that qualify for free delivery.
Delivery times are usually within the 2-hour time slot you have selected. We endeavour to get your food to you on time. Please allow an additional grace period of 45 minutes after your preferred delivery time slot for unforeseen weather and traffic conditions. While we endeavour to fulfil all deliveries, Da Paolo Group Pte Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given. Charges for re-delivery applies.
Self Collection
Payment invoice and ID are required to be presented at point of collection.
Grazing Table and Buffet Spreads
Grazing tables should be set up indoors in air-conditioned areas, away from direct sunlight. Due to food safety reasons, outdoor setups are not recommended. Da Paolo is not responsible for any issues that may arise from non-compliance with these guidelines.
Setup typically takes around one hour, depending on the size and requirements of the grazing or buffet table. If a pre-setup is necessary, it will be discussed prior to the event. Da Paolo is not responsible for food waste disposal after the event.
Tables and white tablecloths are provided for all setups unless otherwise specified.
Extra charges apply for:
- Early set up(before 9:30am)
- Late tear down (from 10pm)
- Weekend, eve of Public Holiday, Public Holidays and festive seasons
- Next-day tear down
- CBD area
- Stairs
- Yacht
Charges will be communicated after details are received.
Loss or damage to equipment or props will be charged at retail value.
Food must be consumed within the timeframe indicated on our consumption time signage, in accordance with SFA guidelines. Takeaway boxes are not provided as consuming food after the event is not recommended.
Prices & Payment
Prices are subject to prevailing GST.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Cancellation
No cancellation or changes are allowed for confirmed orders once full order amount has been billed.
Photos are for illustration purposes only. Decoration and presentation of actual items may differ. Our food items are presented on disposable packaging. Prices exclude set-ups and decorative items.
