Rossini Candonga® is made up of three parts of Brut sparkling wine and one part of juice and pulp of strawberries from the Candonga consortium, a special strawberry, characterized by a persistent aroma and an intense aftertaste, a combination that comes from a perfect balance between acidity and sugars.
The Candonga strawberry ripens under the Basilicata sun, giving life to fruits rich in aromas, sugars and colors.
It is an aperitif that surprises with the scent of fresh strawberry and for its initial softness on the palate well balanced by the right final acidity.
