Product Description
In our Alba orchards, we have always grown the highest quality cherries, the fruit of a deeply rooted agricultural tradition. Harvesting is done strictly by hand, several times throughout the season, to respect the natural ripening process and select only perfectly ripe fruit. The cherries are processed within hours of harvest and immersed in a light natural syrup made from water and cane sugar.
Perfect enjoyed plain, with dessert, ice cream, or yogurt. The delicate and fragrant syrup is delicious to drink but can also be used as a base in elegant and original cocktails.
