Product Description
The summer truffles, harvested at the peak of maturity and carefully selected, are cut in thin slices and then joined to a grain of pistachios, thus creating a mix of Mediterranean scents. They are preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Perfect as a dressing for meat or fish, main courses and canapes.
